At Wevana, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-Order Items
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your items may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. You may also receive occasional status updates regarding your shipment.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we aim for timely delivery, Wevana is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Wevana is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
